Small slimming cure

The Avenger II already reveals the first changes when you approach its steel housing including bolted handle reinforcements with a tape measure. With a housing diameter of 43 millimetres, it is somewhat slimmer and more reserved than its predecessor. With the case height of 16.5 millimeters, almost a whole millimeter is missing from the first Avenger, and when the scale stops at a case weight of a good 117 grams, the small slimness curve of the Avenger II is also clearly measurable here. Nevertheless, the Avenger II does not immediately become a ladies' watch, but retains its distinctive character. The chronograph remains a solid mixture of proven precision and demonstrative robustness, no matter what may come ashore, at sea or in the air (e.g. reference A1338111.BC33.152S.A20S.1).

Proven technology

When the number 13 and the name Breitling are mentioned, fans of luxury watches have long known: the theme revolves around Breitling's much-vaunted caliber 13, which may once again perform its service in the Avenger II. The power reserve of the self-winding mechanism also remains unchanged compared to the first Avenger series. Here the Avenger II again manages at least 42 hours. The whole thing is, of course, as befits a Breitling wristwatch, a chronograph that has been tested and certified by the COSC.

Beautiful and functional

To make the bottom of the Avenger II even more robust, titanium is used here, unlike in the case. On the one hand, this lightweight material contributes to weight savings and on the other hand is kind to the skin. The absence of all nickel components in the soil will be particularly appreciated by allergy sufferers. If you like, you can take a closer look at the Anglo-Saxon units of measurement engraved in the ground. They allow any conversion of British and American gallons, liters, pounds or kilograms and even a flight plan is quickly created with this practical ornament. At the top of the dial in black, blue or grey, large luminous hour-markers and hands are enthroned. The indexes are reserved for the black version only. Alternatively, the dial is available in Volcano black or other colours with stencil figures whose style is continued on the unidirectional rotating bezel with lock. Freedom of choice also applies to the bracelets. A steel strap, five different coloured leather straps with white stitching, a black and a blue Diver Pro II strap made of rubber or the black Diver Pro III with strikingly high Breitling lettering made of the same material are all available. With the exception of the Professional III steel bracelet, all other Avenger II bracelets can be combined with either a classic thorn buckle or a folding clasp to fully customise each Avenger II.
