A watch model of simple elegance
At first glance, the Chanel Premiere ceramic appears simple and unobtrusive, as befits a truly expensive and elegant watch. The dial is kept in one colour and does not have any markings of the hour positions. The positions of the hands and inscriptions alone indicate the respective time. The hands themselves are also elegantly simple. Despite their filigree appearance they are made of durable stainless steel. The upper side of the watch can be recognized by the inscription "Chanel", which announces white on black or black on white the origin of the watch from the world-famous French fashion house.
A Swiss watch from France?
On the lower edge of the watch, the Chanel Premiere ceramic surprises with another, much smaller inscription. "Swiss", meaning from Switzerland, it proudly but quietly proclaims its origin here, as befits the fine world. In fact, the Chanel company, which is French in itself, manufactures its watches in true Swiss watchmaking quality. The in-house watch manufacture is located in La Chaux-de-Fonds in the French speaking part of Switzerland. On closer inspection, however, this is hardly surprising, as the city is not only one of the most famous centers of watchmaking in Switzerland, but is also a true gem of architecture. Which home could be better suited to Chanel Premiere ceramics?
