Face 2 Face
The name of the Hamilton Jazzmaster Face 2 Face Auto Chrono can be read in several ways. Face means face, but also dial, and the number 2 is pronounced in the same way as the word to. So the name of the watch can also be read as Face to Face. However, the simplest reading, that the watch has two faces, is not correct. The front already has four. However, the Hamilton Jazzmaster Face 2 Face Auto Chrono has two faces. To see the second one, you only have to remove it briefly and turn the case around its horizontal axis in its frame.
The second face?
No, the Hamilton Jazzmaster Face 2 Face Auto Chrono does not have the gift of prophecy. It is, however, a versatile multi-function watch which, in addition to timekeeping, stop function and date display, also contains a pulsometer, a tachymeter and a telemeter. All of this has been brought together in a single movement by Hamilton's fine watchmaking skills. However, to ensure that the watch remains legible and fits comfortably on your wrist despite the many displays, a second face was necessary and so the less frequently used functions are now on the back of a watch with two extraordinary faces.
