The face of earlier pocket watches
The Meistersinger Classic Pangaea Date has the classic face of earlier pocket watches and is thus a true homage to the beginnings of the art of watchmaking. The pocket watches often made do with only one slim hand. Meistersinger continues this tradition with the Pangaea collection. The models are among the most elegant models within the classic series. The Pangae Date has a slim, 40 millimeter case with a finely curved serif typeface that radiates an optical lightness. The technical heart of the watch is the Swiss automatic movement built into it. The glass back allows the engraved rotor (Meistersinger logo) to be seen and reveals the impressive movement. The beautiful visible back is screwed together six times. In addition, the stainless steel case is waterproof up to a pressure of 5 bar.
The philosophy of the Meistersinger brand
Meistersinger has specialized in attractive single-hand watches. With these the Münster watchmakers want to change people's perspective on time. The sundial is regarded as the model for the single-handed clock. Here the time display is seen as a unit. With Meistersinger's timepieces, time is therefore no longer simply divided into hours and minutes. Instead, a flowing unity is created, which so many watch fans appreciate. For 15 years now, Meistersinger has been one of the leading manufacturers of fine timepieces.
