The Panerai Radiomir 1940 watch collection shows the finest Italian watchmaking art from Panerai's own production. The luxury watch Radiomir 1940 (Panerai) has a mechanical automatic movement from Panerai with a power reserve of three days. The Glucydor® balance of a Radiomir 1940 oscillates at around 21,600 oscillations per hour. The Panerai Radiomir 1940 is equipped with Intabloc® shock protection and two mainspring barrels. All models consist of at least 160 components. The bezel in pink gold, made of matt black ceramic or polished steel complements the overall appearance of the former naval watch with either a white, brown, anthracite, black or Clous de Paris-decorated dial. The case back of the Panerai Radiomir 1940 is made of transparent sapphire crystal. The dial with fluorescent Arabic numerals shows numbers and luminous hour-markers. The second display is in the 9 o'clock position. Newly launched models also show the power reserve and date.
