The Navitimer was developed for pilots in 1952 – a wristwatch with an integrated slide-rule bezel for performing flight calculations directly on the wrist. It quickly became the preferred instrument of many professional pilots and is still considered a classic among pilot's watches today. With the Navitimer 01, Breitling has preserved the iconic design while equipping it with state-of-the-art technology.

The striking dial with its three subdials, the fine scale, and the rotating bezel with slide rule function not only give the watch its distinctive look, but also its functional depth. It's not just decorative—it's made for people who value precision and orientation.

The Caliber B01 – Breitling from our own hands

Inside the Navitimer 01 is the in-house caliber B01. It was entirely developed and built by Breitling. The movement offers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, a column-wheel chronograph function with a vertical clutch, and COSC certification for tested chronometer quality.

Operation is direct and reliable, and the movement is robust and easy to service. The sapphire crystal caseback—available on many models—allows you to experience the finely decorated caliber visually. Technology that's visible.

Variants with functional requirements

The Navitimer 01 is available in a variety of versions: classic in stainless steel with a black or silver dial, sporty in a panda print, or elegant in rose gold. Leather, stainless steel, or rubber straps offer style flexibility. Regardless of the version, the watch always remains what it is – a functional instrument with character.
