Shipping

We ship with UPS and FedEx as well as with the security logistics companies Galle Werttransport, Prosegur and Ferrari Logistik. Which partner we use depends on the value of the goods, the destination country and your preferred delivery date.

Insured sum: every shipment is insured up to a value of €25,000. If your watch is worth more, we ship it on request by secure valuables transport with one of our security logistics partners – please contact us about this before or after your order.

The transport risk lies with us until delivery. Delivery is made against signature only.

The binding delivery time is stated in working days directly on the respective item in the shop. Watches in stock are ready for dispatch on the next working day after your order at the latest; for models we source for you, the period stated there applies.

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is possible with UPS Express within Germany by prior arrangement. Should a delivery be delayed, we will inform you without delay; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

As soon as your watch has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail stating the carrier used and the tracking number. For secure valuables transport we agree the delivery date with you personally in advance. Delivery is made against signature only.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional costs for which HORANDO is not responsible: customs duties, import VAT and levies are invoiced to the recipient separately by the partner carrier in the delivery area. Costs of money transfer may also arise, such as foreign bank charges, transfer fees or exchange rate fees.

If you are resident in a third country, we refund German VAT on presentation of proof and deliver net. Please contact us about this before ordering.

Instead of having your watch delivered, you can collect it in person at our showroom in Bamberg. Handover takes place by prior appointment only. Please contact us before or after your order.
