The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon remains true to the legendary Moonwatch, but relies on innovative materials. The 44.25 mm black ceramic case not only provides a striking appearance but also offers high scratch resistance. However, since ceramic is harder than stainless steel, it can become more brittle under heavy impact.

The black ceramic dial with applied indices and Super-LumiNova-coated hands ensures clear legibility, even in low-light conditions. The design is complemented by the ceramic bezel with tachymeter scale, a signature feature of the Speedmaster collection. The sapphire crystal cover, with anti-reflective coating on both sides, protects the dial and minimizes reflections.

Precision & performance at the highest level

Inside is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 9300 or 9904, certified according to strict METAS standards. This automatic movement offers a 60-hour power reserve and is antimagnetic up to 15,000 gauss, ensuring exceptional resistance to magnetic fields.

Additionally, the Dark Side of the Moon features a chronograph function, with a 30-minute and 12-hour counter on the dial. This makes it not only a stylish statement but also a precise timekeeping tool.

The Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon is available with various strap options, including leather, rubber, or textile. Despite its substantial size, the watch sits comfortably on the wrist thanks to its lightweight ceramic construction.
