Since 2013, we have made it our mission to make online watch shopping as pleasant as possible for you, our customers. Over the years, we have added many well-known brands to our range, so you can now choose from over 3,500 watches from the latest collections. Thanks in no small part to our close relationships with our international premium partners, Horando has become part of an exclusive world. Thanks to our many years of experience in the watch industry, Horando is a reliable and secure partner when it comes to watches.
How an eBay listing became a luxury watch brand
In 2013, two business students sold their first Rolex on eBay – prepaid, without their own warehouse. The customer pays, the watch is procured, and the initial profit goes directly into building their own online shop. HORANDO is born.
What follows is an entrepreneurial path with a clear focus: personal visits to brand partners throughout Europe, trade fair appearances, a showroom in a former Rolex store in the Deutsche Bank building in Bamberg – and ultimately seven-figure investments from renowned investors.

STEFAN SEBÖK / MANAGEMENT & CO-FOUNDER
Stefan Sebök, co-founder and managing director of Horando, is primarily responsible for purchasing and selling brands such as Patek Philippe, Rolex and Vacheron Constantin. The company's lean structures ensure efficiency and short work steps, so customers always have a direct contact person.

CHRISTOPHER FISCHER / MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Christopher Fischer, co-founder and managing director of Horando, is primarily responsible for purchasing and selling brands such as Omega, IWC and Cartier. Thanks to the partner network that the two founders have built up since 2013, even very limited models can be sourced and offered.

GABOR KEMERI / LOGISTICS & REPAIRS
Gabor Kemeri, on board since 2022, takes care of all logistics matters and ensures that your watch is safely packaged and arrives to you as quickly as possible. Gabor is also available to give you advice and support if your watch ever has a problem.

THOMAS ZECHNER
Thomas Zechner is the managing director of BraWo Capital Group, which invests in high-growth companies in a wide range of industries and is the lead investor at HORANDO. With his experience in investment management, Thomas is an active sparring partner for management.

DR. SILVIO DÖRING
Dr. Silvio Döring is the managing partner of the quattron group. Dr. Döring is a qualified lawyer and has many years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration and corporate finance. Silvio was the first investor in HORANDO in 2017.

JAKOB SCHREYER
Jakob Schreyer was co-founder and Chief Strategy Office of Orderbird AG, Berlin. As the founder of orderbird AG, Jakob looks back on years of experience in company management, corporate finance and venture capital and has a top network in the international startup and finance scene. Orderbird was sold in 2022 for around EUR 140 million.
