Stylish Luxury Watches for Her and Him

Thanks to the feminine influence, the appearance of the watches made in this way is by no means neglected. With finesse, flair and a consistent elegance, these watches convince men and women of every age. Whether elegant or sporty, understated or set with 51 diamonds, classical or timeless - EBEL is the right watch maker.

EBEL - Exclusive, Bewitching, Elegant, Luxurious

The company name of this Swiss maker of luxury watches is in fact an acronym. Although the adjectives named above are all eminently suited to describing the fine watches of EBEL, in reality EBEL is made up of the initial letters of the first name and surname of its founder Eugène Blum, "E" as the abbreviation of the French word for "and" (et), and the initial letter of the surname of the founder Alice Lévy. This couple, first in love and later married, founded the brand as early as 1911 in the watchmaking town of La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland.

When Two Come Together

Blum was enthusiastic about technical expertise, functionality and fine craftsmanship, and brought this into their joint designs. Lévy, by contrast, possessed passion and had a particular eye for harmony, aesthetics and design. Fittingly, the EBEL motto reads BEAUTY MARRIES FUNCTION (in German: Schönheit heiratet Funktion). To this day the watch models from EBEL unite these differing approaches in perfect balance. Fine materials, unmistakable design and in-house movements have made EBEL known and sought after worldwide.

When You Look at These Watches, the Time Is of Secondary Importance.

The luxury watch manufacturer EBEL has brought out five collections to date: Wave, Beluga, Sport classic, Brasilia and Discovery. Each of them has its own individual distinction while at the same time remaining unmistakably a luxury watch from EBEL. Here is a brief overview:

Beluga

40 diamonds in the round stainless steel case and, depending on the version, 8 or 11 diamonds on the dial - this is how you enchant a woman. Understandable, then, that there are no men's watches in this line.

Brasilia

Likewise available only for ladies is the only watch model from EBEL to date with a rectangular case. This modern variant adapts with sure style to the woman wearing it.

Discovery

To be discovered in this collection are ladies' and men's watches that are not overloaded with splendour but discreetly luxurious. With a case size of 33mm for the ladies and 41mm for the gentlemen (with the exception of the Chronograph model, which is 43mm), less is clearly more here.

Sport classic

As in sport, so aptly here too: there is something right for everyone (ladies and gentlemen). This collection offers the greatest number of variations. With or without diamonds, with a bracelet in stainless steel, in stainless steel with yellow gold or in stainless steel with rose gold, the choice is immense.

Wave

The unmistakable, uniquely curved links of the stainless steel bracelet were surely the inspiration for the name of this luxury watch model. Exclusivity for men and women alike.
