Payment

You can pay us securely and easily by PayPal. PayPal accepts payments up to a purchase price of max. €100,000.

1. Select PayPal in the “payment method” step of your order.
2. In the next step you are forwarded to PayPal automatically. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user details and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open one and then confirm the payment.
3. Complete your order with us by clicking “Buy now” in the final step.
4. If the item is in stock, it is ready for dispatch on the day PayPal confirms the payment, or on the next working day at the latest, and is sent on its way.

As a rule, we receive the payment within a few minutes of the contract being concluded. If the item is listed with a delivery time, it will normally be delivered to you within that period.

Credit notes from returns are always refunded to the PayPal account used for the purchase. Whether you then use the balance in your PayPal account directly at PayPal or transfer it back to your current account or credit card account is entirely your decision and can be handled directly at PayPal. We have no influence on this.

PayPal instalments

For orders between €99 and €5,000 you can also conveniently pay in instalments with PayPal. Simply select PayPal at checkout and then choose the instalment option at PayPal. Whether instalment payment is available to you is decided by PayPal on the basis of its own assessment – you will see the term and the amount of the monthly instalments directly at PayPal before you complete the purchase. PayPal instalments are available to customers in Germany.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The amount is authorised when you complete your order.

3-D Secure

If your card takes part in Verified by Visa, Mastercard ID Check or American Express SafeKey, an additional prompt from your bank opens once you have completed your order. There you confirm the payment with your password or a one-time code sent to you by SMS. Only then is the transaction carried out.

Credit notes

Refunds from returns are credited back to the same credit card.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout provided you have set up the respective wallet on your device. The payment is processed using the card stored in your wallet and confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your device lock.

Authorisation is immediate, so your order goes into processing without delay. Credit notes from returns are refunded to the card used in the wallet.

With Klarna you can conveniently pay for your purchase in instalments – for orders up to €10,000. Whether instalment purchase is available to you is decided by Klarna during the order process on the basis of its own assessment – you will see the term and the amount of the monthly instalments directly at checkout.

In this case, your contractual partner for processing the payment is Klarna. Klarna's terms apply in addition and are shown to you before you complete the order. Credit notes from returns are settled via Klarna.

If you pay in advance, your order is processed as soon as we have received your payment. When making the transfer, please state your order number as the payment reference. Depending on your bank, it can take between one and four working days for your payment to reach us. If you wish to return a watch, the corresponding value is credited back to the bank account from which you transferred the amount.

When paying by bank transfer you receive a price advantage of 1% on the order value. The discount is shown to you at checkout when you select this payment method.

Together with BitPay, we offer you the option of paying the purchase price in cryptocurrencies. Even if you choose this payment method, the purchase contract between you and HORANDO continues to provide that the purchase price is agreed and owed in euros.

Through our service partner BitPay, we merely offer you the option of transferring your cryptocurrency to BitPay. BitPay exchanges it into euros and pays the purchase price to us in euros. Please note that BitPay charges fees for exchanging your cryptocurrency into euros. HORANDO bears part of these costs.

If, after paying the purchase price, you withdraw from, revoke or rescind the purchase contract with HORANDO for a reason for which you are responsible (e.g. error or dissatisfaction with the purchased goods), the following applies:

Return shipment

If your delivery address is in Germany, you will receive an insured return label from us free of charge. If your delivery address is outside Germany, you arrange and pay for the insured return shipment to HORANDO yourself. Please insure the parcel for the full purchase price.

Refund

As soon as the watch has been received by us with all documents and has been inspected, we refund the contractually agreed purchase price in euros to BitPay. BitPay converts this amount back into the cryptocurrency with which you originally paid. You bear BitPay's fees for the reconversion and any exchange rate fluctuations of the cryptocurrency. You may therefore receive less cryptocurrency back than you originally paid. By transferring the contractual purchase price in euros to BitPay, HORANDO has fulfilled its obligation to make restitution.

By selecting the payment method “BitPay”, the customer agrees to the above provisions, in particular to the provisions on bearing the costs of reconversion and return shipment.
