Do you buy every watch?
No. With every enquiry we first check whether a purchase is an option for us. That is not decided by brand and model alone, but also by condition, completeness and current demand.
You will receive a response in any case. If a purchase is not the right fit, we will tell you openly whether a trade-in or consignment is the better route for your watch.
What does the valuation cost?
Nothing. The valuation is free and non-binding. You decide only after our offer whether you want to sell.
Do I need the box and papers?
The original box and papers increase the value, but they are not a requirement. We also buy watches without accessories.
How is my price determined?
We assess it based on current market data, the condition, completeness and demand for your model. On request we will explain the individual factors to you.
Which photos should I send?
Three to five shots are helpful: a full view, the dial, the case back and the bracelet or clasp. Upload them directly in the form or send them in reply to our confirmation email.
How does my watch get to you?
Once you accept the offer, you receive a prepared, fully insured shipping label. Alternatively you can hand your watch over in person at our showroom in Bamberg.
When do I get my money?
Once your watch has arrived and passed the final inspection, we transfer the agreed amount to your account.
What if the watch does not match the described condition?
Then we come back to you with a revised offer. If you do not accept it, we return your watch free of charge and fully insured.
Can I also sell from abroad?
Yes. We are active in 29 European markets. Tell us your country and we will arrange the shipping route with you.
