Originally developed as a professional navigation instrument for pilots, it has long since evolved into a classic watch with cult status. The 46-millimeter version remains true to this heritage—but brings it to the wrist with greater presence.

The slide-rule bezel, which allows for important flight calculations, remains a functional part of the design in this version. The larger diameter enhances the clarity of the dial, and the scales remain easily legible even at a glance. The Navitimer 01 (46 mm) doesn't appear cluttered, but rather deliberately structured—a timepiece that doesn't hide its origins.

Precision through manufacturing technology

The Navitimer 01 (46 mm) is powered by the Breitling Caliber B01 – an in-house automatic movement with a column-wheel chronograph, vertical clutch, and approximately 70 hours of power reserve. It is COSC-certified and designed for reliable long-term performance. The chronograph functions operate precisely and smoothly – just as you would expect from a professional timekeeping instrument.

The case is water-resistant to 3 bar and features sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Some models feature a transparent case back that reveals the finely crafted movement.

The Navitimer 01 (46 mm) is available in various versions – classic stainless steel, elegant rose gold, or a two-tone version. Dials are available in black, silver, blue, or panda print. Leather, stainless steel, or rubber straps ensure individual comfort – tailored to the powerful case format.
