Visually, the Ultra-Chron is inspired by its historical model: The tonneau-shaped case with integrated lug, the strong lines, and the high-contrast dial convey a sense of sporty determination. The bezel is unidirectionally rotatable, with a precise minute scale – ideal for sporting activities, but also a striking design element. The dial is usually jet black or dark blue, with luminous indices, wide hands, and the signature red Ultra-Chron logo at 6 o'clock.
The 43 mm case is made of stainless steel. It features a combination of satin-finished surfaces and polished edges that create dynamics and visual depth. Despite its technical complexity, the case remains moderately thick. The watch is water-resistant to 300 meters, making it suitable for professional use. The entire package is complemented by a stainless steel bracelet or a textured rubber strap with a vintage feel.

Inside is the Caliber L836.6 – an exclusive high-frequency movement with 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz). This increased frequency ensures improved rate stability, reduced deviations in the event of shocks, and overall greater precision. The power reserve is approximately 52 hours. The movement is equipped with a silicon hairspring, making it particularly resistant to magnetic fields and temperature fluctuations.
The Ultra-Chron is COSC-certified—official proof of its high precision. Although the screwed-down caseback conceals the movement, its technical design meets the highest standards of the Swatch Group. Operation is intuitive via a non-slip crown, winding is efficient, and the movement runs smoothly and evenly.

The Ultra-Chron is available in different versions: with a retro-style stainless steel bracelet or, alternatively, with a tropical-style rubber strap—both with a folding clasp and safety push-button.
