Additional security when paying with Visa, Mastercard or American Express

The system checks whether the credit card participates in the 3-D Secure programs Verified by Visa, Mastercard ID Check or American Express SafeKey.

These are encryption and security procedures developed specifically for these types of cards. If a credit card holder is registered with the 3-D-Secure procedure via one of the registration methods, an additional query screen opens after the order is completed. This screen is connected to your bank and asks you to enter the "Secure Code" (a password chosen by you or a dynamic password that you receive by SMS on your cell phone after entering your credit card data). Only with the correct password the transaction will be carried out. If you are not enrolled, but your card-issuing bank supports the process, you will be prompted to create the 3-D Secure password.

PayPal

You can safely and easily pay us via PayPal. PayPal accepts payments up to a purchase price of max. 100,000 euros.


1. Select PayPal in the order step 'Payment Method'.

2. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal in the next step.

            2.1 If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment.

            2.2 If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

3. Complete your order with us by clicking on Order now with obligation to pay in the last step.

If the goods are in stock, they will be ready for shipment on the day of payment confirmation from PayPal or on the following business day at the latest and will be sent on their way. As a rule, we receive the payment within a few minutes after the conclusion of the contract. If the goods are specified with a delivery time, it will usually be delivered to you within the same. Credits from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase. Whether you then want to continue to use the credit on your PayPal account directly at PayPal or transfer back to your current or credit card account, you can decide for yourself and process directly at PayPal. IDEAL

iDEAL payments can only be made through participating Dutch banks. Registration is not necessary. The buyer only needs an account at one of the participating iDEAL banks, which is activated for online banking. These include ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

  • Select iDEAL as your payment method

  • Select your bank from the list

Complete the order. After completing the order placement, you will be redirected to the online banking page of your bank that you are familiar with, where you will execute a transfer order by entering your customer details.

Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can pay using the payment and shipping information from your Amazon customer account. Click on the button Pay via Amazon Pay in the shopping cart. A login window will open for you to log in to your Amazon account. Select the desired payment method (e.g. credit card or direct debit) and the shipping address from your data stored at Amazon.

Complete your order with us by clicking on Order now with costs. If you select the payment method Amazon Pay, your account will be debited when the goods are shipped. Credits: Credits from returns will be charged back to the selected payment method. When paying via Amazon, you will not incur any additional costs and your payment information will not be shared. Sofortüberweisung (KLARNA)

SOFORT Überweisung is the direct transfer procedure of SOFORT AG. It allows you to shop quickly and securely and is one of the most secure payment methods on the internet. You do not have to register for it, but pay simply and securely with your online banking data. Horando receives a real-time confirmation after completion of the SOFORT Überweisung and can therefore immediately ship the ordered goods, if they are in stock. This payment method meets the high security standards of online banking and has TÜV-approved data protection.

  1. Choose as payment method SOFORT Überweisung.

  2. Complete the order. You will be redirected to a secure payment form SOFORT Überweisung.

  3. Log in with your online banking data (access data/PIN) as usual. Only transaction-relevant data will be stored. PIN and TAN are not stored.

  4. Confirm the order with a TAN.

Advance Payment

If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the reason for payment. Depending on the credit institution, it may take between one and four business days until we receive your payment. If you wish to return a watch, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred the amount.
