Shipping methods:

Horando ships its products within Germany and the European Union (EU) with our shipping partners UPS/FedEx/Prosegur. The transport risk is on the side of the shipper. Please also note that a Saturday delivery with UPS Express shipping method within Germany is not possible except after consultation.

Processing times:

The goods, if in stock, are ready for shipment no later than the following day of your order. Deliveries of goods purchased with a delivery time, unless otherwise agreed with you, will be made within the specified delivery time to the delivery address specified by you, depending on the choice of shipping method and place of delivery. If unforeseeable delays in delivery should occur, we will notify you immediately.

Costs:

For you as a customer, the service is free of charge within Germany, a flat shipping fee of 49.90€ is due for shipments to other EU countries. If you wish a delivery to a non-EU country, we will also be happy to help you. Please contact us directly: +49 (0) 511 / 367 315 50 or contact@horando.de. Please note that for delivery to non-EU countries additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply and the shipments are insured with our shipping partners UPS/FedEx/Prosegur. The flat rate shipping fee is 89,90€.

Shipments subject to customs duties:

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional costs may also be incurred for which Horando is not responsible and which are to be covered by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. foreign bank charges, transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties or a capital commitment commission). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union. Incidental import turnover tax as well as import duties will be charged separately to the recipient by the supplier company (respective partner freight forwarder in the delivery area).
