Returns within / outside the European Union (EU)

As a consumer, you can cancel your order and return the ordered products within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Your cancellation does not have to contain a reason. We will refund the purchase price already paid by you immediately upon receipt of your return. You will receive the refund amount back in the form of a credit to your account, depending on the payment method. The complete withdrawal policy with detailed information on the start of the withdrawal period and the consequences of withdrawal within the meaning of § 13 BGB can be found in our right of withdrawal. If you have any questions or require further information on the return procedure, please contact our customer service (Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm). Please use the sample withdrawal form on our website. Use the original packaging for the return. Please also fill out the return and exchange form and enclose it with your return. The return shipment will be made at our expense and risk if the above points are complied with.

Horando Deutschland GmbH is not responsible for items that are not returned in the manner described above.


Refund deadlines:

We will refund the purchase price already paid by you immediately after receipt of your returned goods and after the obligatory incoming inspection of the goods. You will receive the refund amount back in the form of a credit to your account (prepayment or Sofortüberweisung) or to your credit card account (credit card), depending on the payment method. Please understand that we can not transfer back to other accounts or credit cards for security reasons. If possible, the refund amount will be credited back on the same day, but no later than the following business day. Please note that there may be time delays in bank transfers due to different credit institutions.


Responsibility for refund: 

Please note that in the event of a return, Horando is not responsible for refunding any additional customs duties, import sales tax or other handling fees that may be incurred. You may request a refund, by providing the appropriate return, purchase and fee receipts, from your local authorities.


Exchange Rate Fluctuations:

All payments as well as credits will be processed in the currency underlying the purchase (EUR). Refunds will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Horando will not be liable for any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
