Classical and innovative
The company's credo puts it in a nutshell: "tout changer sans rien changer". Chanel stands for developing itself without betraying its original values. In the jewelry and luxury watch segment, too, Chanel sets standards for fine workmanship, quality and innovation. Chanel's watch models, like the jewelry collection, represent timeless beauty and luxury to perfection.
The Chanel Première - the timeless classic
The Chanel Première model is the forerunner for luxury watches from Chanel. It was presented in 1987 as Chanel's first watch model, has since been released in many variations and is still an integral part of the Chanel watch collection. The distinctive octagonal case evokes memories of the bottle cap of the world-famous perfume N°5, which is inspired by the shape of the Place Vendôme in Paris. In 2013, the model was slightly redesigned and now has a slightly longer silhouette and a more delicate profile than the master model. Older models are very popular with collectors and are difficult to get today. However, the revised model is available in several variations and versions.
The watch model J12 sets new standards
The watch model J12 was introduced in 2000 and enjoyed great popularity right from the start. The high recognition value of this sports watch model makes this watch so desirable. The eye-catching design, a large case and the striking watch strap give the model an unmistakable aura. In the meantime, Chanel has released several versions of this watch model to meet the high demand and the various customer wishes. But all models have in common that they never lose sight of their actual purpose. Chanel pays particular attention to the processing of extremely robust materials in this sports watch model, to make this luxury watch suitable for everyday use for its intended purpose.
The Code Coco - the union of simplicity and innovation
One of the newer creations of the Chanel watch manufacturer is the model Code Coco. Watch models from Chanel often go new ways and this luxury watch is no different. Innovative is not only the simple yet eye-catching design, but also the closing mechanism of the watch. This is not located on the back of the watch strap as usual. It is a part of the watch body itself and is incorporated into the design of the watch's dial in the form of a small cylinder. In a horizontal position, it provides a view of the dial with the hands of the watch. If, however, it is turned by 90 degrees, the bracelet, which is placed over the rectangular frame of the watch, can be lifted and opened. The design has no predecessor in the Chanel watch range. Rather, the described closing mechanism is a tribute to the Chanel handbag model 2.55, which was launched in 1955 and was designed by Coco Chanel himself.
