The dial

Hidden under the sapphire crystal is the heart of the Rolex, the dial. Each of these dials is designed and manufactured in-house at Rolex. Almost entirely handcrafted, the dial is produced and ends up being the face of the watch. Particularly noteworthy are the indices, which are made of 18 karat gold and thus impossible to tarnish. The view of the time remains clear at all times. There are no limits to the wishes. From diamond-studded dials, to chocolate colors, various dials are available.

The movement

The caliber 3235 is a movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex inside the watch. The heart of the watch is a certified Swiss chronometer, which is tested and evaluated by an independent commission. In doing so, Rolex's in-house guidelines exceed those of the testing body by a factor of two, making the watch hard to beat for accuracy. At +/- 2 seconds per day, the deviation is barely noticeable. The hour, minute and seconds hands are thus centrally driven. The date, which is present under the cyclo-magnifier, is also switched quickly and accurately.

The case and the strap

With a 41-mm case made of stainless steel and Rolesor, the watch represents a classic men's size. In this context, Rolesor is a material developed by Rolex since the early 1930s that combines the properties of gold and stainless steel. While gold is valued primarily for its preciousness, stainless steel symbolizes strength and power. The two together have been the cornerstone of the Oyster collection for many years. With a monobloc middle section, screwed case back and winding crown are not only qualitative features mentioned, but also the reason for the water resistance of 100 meters. The case is complemented by a classic Jubilee strap, which comes in the same colors as the case.

The Rolex brand

Rolex has been making luxury watches that redefine standards since 1905. Watches are sold under the crown that stands for the Rolex brand, most of which are designed and manufactured in the domestic workshops of Switzerland. Step by step, the brand became the epitome of beauty and innovation. The plexiglass made way for sapphire crystal, the quartz movements for the own developments in the direction of automatic. As a result, the watch also repeatedly caught the eye of celebrities, powerful people and films. Paul Newman, Konrad Adenauer and Martin Luther King are just a few famous wearers who appreciated the elegance of the Rolex brand.
