Mido Multifort TV Big Date

The 1970s TV case with a big date

The Mido Multifort TV Big Date revisits the television shape of the 1970s: a cushion-shaped case measuring 39.2 x 40 mm, topped by the big date at 12 o'clock. Inside beats calibre 80 with a Nivachron™ hairspring and a power reserve of up to 80 hours.

Big date and calibre 80

In Mido's big date display, the units and tens run on two separate discs, so the numerals are almost three times larger than in a conventional date window. Calibre 80 is a Swiss automatic movement with a Nivachron™ balance spring that makes it less sensitive to magnetic fields and shocks. A screw-down crown, a sapphire caseback and sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides come with every version, and the watch is water resistant to 100 metres.

Versions in steel, PVD and titanium

The Multifort TV Big Date is available in stainless steel with a blue, grey or green dial, with black, yellow gold-coloured or rose gold-coloured PVD coating, and as a Titanium version. Depending on the reference, it comes on a metal bracelet with folding clasp or on a rubber or textile strap.
