Frequently asked questions about Rado Captain Cook

How much does a Rado Captain Cook cost?

The current price range can be found in the price overview on this page.

Where does the Captain Cook come from?

The original appeared as a diving watch in 1962 and was re-released in the 2010s. Today's models take up the curved glasses, the anchor symbol on the dial and the characteristic bezel of the original.

Do you really dive with it?

The current versions are tight up to 300 meters and have a unidirectional rotating bezel. Technically there is nothing wrong with using it in water, even if most wearers use it as an everyday watch.

Are the watches at HORANDO new and original?

Yes. Each new watch is unworn and comes with box, papers and the full manufacturer's warranty. Before shipping, we look at each watch again, check the reference and serial number and pack it neatly. Bracelet/strap adjustment is free of charge.
