The Day-Date from Rolex shows the day of the week spelled out in an arched window at 12 o'clock in addition to the date. Rolex makes it exclusively in yellow gold, white gold, Everose gold or platinum, usually on the President bracelet.       The first watch with the day spelled out

      Rolex introduced the Day-Date in 1956. It was the first waterproof self-winding chronometer wristwatch to display the date and the day of the week spelled out. It came with the three-piece President bracelet with semi-circular links, which is still reserved for the Day-Date today. The day is available in numerous languages, which are stated for each watch.

      Day-Date 36 and Day-Date 40

      The Day-Date 36 is the classic size and looks understated on the wrist. The Day-Date 40 arrived in 2015 and has a little more presence. Both are now powered by the in-house calibre 3255 with Chronergy escapement and around 70 hours of power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer, and are water-resistant to 100 metres.

      Dials and materials

      The choice of dials is especially large for the Day-Date. Besides champagne, silver and black, there are colours such as green, blue or brown with gradient, stone dials and versions with diamonds.       Most models will be with you within one to four weeks. The exact delivery time is stated for every watch. Models that are available immediately will be with you within one to three days. Shipping is insured and free within Germany.

      Yes. Payment in installments of up to 5,000 euros is possible via PayPal, and up to 10,000 euros via Klarna. For higher amounts we would be happy to advise you personally. Purchasing on account is not possible.
