What Makes Watches Sought-After
Models that remain in demand over the long term usually share the same characteristics: Limited production, a design refined over decades, an in-house manufacture calibre and a brand with a well-functioning service. On top of that comes the condition of the individual piece – unpolished cases, original dials and a complete box and papers are valued considerably higher on the market.
What a Watch Is Not
A wristwatch is not a financial product. Prices on the secondary market fluctuate, depend on trends and supply and can fall just as well as rise; in addition, there are costs for servicing and insurance. We do not provide investment advice on watches and make no promises regarding their future value – buy a watch because you like it.
Our Role
What we can contribute is transparency about condition, provenance and the completeness of the papers. Every watch is inspected before shipping, and the reference and serial number are verified. We will be happy to advise you personally on individual models.
