The power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock is also very practical. Thanks to the sophisticated technology, you know at a glance how long the Zenith Defy El Primero will keep ticking. The case is made of brushed titanium and is water resistant to 10 ATM. The dial is elegantly skeletonized. The elegant chronograph is attached to a strap made of black rubber with an alligator leather coating. This is closed with a double folding clasp, also made of titanium.

More than 300 patents in 150 years

The Swiss watch manufacturer Zenith was founded over 150 years ago by the young Georges Favre-Jacot. Since then, the manufacturer has played a pioneering role in the manufacture of complex timepieces. Because the company brought together a wealth of knowledge from the art of watchmaking, Zenith was able to register more than 300 patents. Wristwatches, pocket watches, and on-board instruments were produced by Zenith. The Zenith caliber El Primero, which was released in 1969, became one of the greatest legends in watch history. It impresses with a frequency of an incredible 36,000 semi-oscillations per hour. This caliber was also the world's first integrated chronograph with automatic winding.
