All the watches we offer are guaranteed authentic and original. Horando sources new watches with international manufacturer's warranty from authorised dealers around the world. Pre-owned watches are checked for authenticity and certified by our watchmakers. On these you receive a one-year statutory warranty from Horando.

As a company based in Germany, we want to build a long-term business relationship with our customers and, alongside selected and beautiful products, above all offer a secure and reputable handling of your purchases. We therefore provide you with the following security measures:

This applies in particular to the handling of personal data, which we never pass on to third parties.

On our watches we offer you, depending on the product description, the full warranty directly from the manufacturer. In a few exceptional cases the warranty may already have started. You will be informed of this separately in the listings under the heading Warranty start in the item properties. For pre-owned watches you receive one year of statutory warranty from Horando Deutschland GmbH.

As a rule, all products offered by Horando are delivered complete with the original box or case as well as all accompanying papers and certificates and, where applicable, further accessories. For pre-owned watches, the scope of delivery is stated separately in the item description.

Through our strong network of numerous wholesalers in Germany and abroad, we can offer almost any watch model at very good terms in the shortest possible time. Since we are not bound by any direct manufacturer requirements regarding a retail store, its fit-out and marketing, and since our inventory turns over very quickly, we have an enormous price advantage here which we are happy to pass on to our customers.

If you have a PayPal user account, you can pay directly and easily via PayPal. Simply click “Pay now”. The legislator has laid down very comprehensive rules for all online shops in order to guarantee you as a user or customer the greatest possible security and information before and during your purchase on the internet. One of these statutory requirements is precise price labelling. We have described every item in appropriate detail and indicated the applicable taxation.

“Final price including statutory VAT”: this means that the amount shown alongside is the absolute final price for you and that nothing is added to it apart from any shipping costs that may apply. This amount also includes statutory value added tax (VAT), so that you can have it refunded in the event of an official export to a non-EU country. Items priced as “new” or “unworn” are usually offered including VAT.

Private individuals: we can refund the 19% German VAT and deliver net, provided you have a permanent residence in a third country (non-EU). For shipping, insurance and customs clearance we charge an additional €99.90. Import duty for your destination country is levied by your competent authority.

Companies: we can refund the 19% German VAT and deliver net, provided you supply us with your full address including company name, VAT ID number and a registration confirmation (commercial register) no older than 6 months.

Horando ships its goods insured within Germany and the European Union (EU) with our shipping partners UPS / FedEx / Prosegur. For you as a customer the service is free of charge within Germany; a flat shipping fee of €49.90 applies to consignments to other EU countries.

Please note that for delivery outside the EU additional duties, taxes and fees apply and that consignments are shipped insured with our shipping partners UPS/FedEx/Prosegur. The flat shipping fee is €89.90.

All items are automatically insured for the value of the goods.

If you have received a return label from us, all items are likewise automatically insured for the value of the goods.

In rare cases it may happen that the delivery period cannot be met. Should a delay occur, we will inform you without delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please contact us in writing if you are not satisfied with the goods delivered or do not wish to keep them for other reasons. You can cancel your purchase at any time within a period of 14 days. We will send you all the necessary return documents so that you can send the watch back to us insured for its value.
