Pre-owned watches are authenticated and certified by our watchmakers. You will receive a 1-year warranty from Horando on these watches.

As a general rule, all products offered by Horando are delivered complete with their original box or case, as well as all accompanying documents and certificates, and any additional accessories, if applicable. For used watches, the contents of the package are listed separately in the item description.

If you select “Prepayment” as your payment method, we’ll provide our bank account information in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 4 days. The legislature has established very comprehensive regulations for all online stores to ensure the highest level of security and transparency for you as a user or customer before or while shopping online. One of these legal requirements is accurate price labeling. We have described each item in detail and indicated the applicable tax rate.

“Final price including statutory VAT”: This means that the amount shown is the absolute final price for you, and nothing else will be added to this amount, except for any applicable shipping costs. Furthermore, this amount includes the statutory value-added tax (VAT), so that you can have it refunded in the event of an official export to a non-EU country. In most cases, items priced as “new” or “unworn” include VAT.

Individuals: We can refund the 19% German VAT and ship the item net, provided you have a permanent residence in a third country (non-EU). We charge an additional €99.90 for shipping, insurance, and customs clearance. Import duties for your destination country will be levied by the relevant authorities in that country.

Businesses: We can refund the 19% German VAT and ship the goods net of tax, provided you provide us with your full address, including your company name, VAT ID number, and a certificate of registration (from the commercial register) no older than 6 months.

Horando ships its goods with insurance within Germany and the European Union (EU) via our shipping partners UPS, FedEx, and Prosegur. For you as a customer, this service is free within Germany; a flat shipping fee of €69.90 applies to shipments to other EU countries.

If you would like your order shipped to a non-EU country, we’d be happy to assist you. The flat-rate shipping fee is €99.90.

All items are automatically insured for the value of the goods.

If you have received a return label from us, all items will automatically be insured for the value of the goods.

In rare cases, we may be unable to meet the delivery deadline. Should a delivery delay occur, we will notify you immediately. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Please contact us in writing if you are not satisfied with the delivered merchandise or do not wish to keep it for other reasons. You may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days. We will send you all the necessary return documents so that you can return the watch to us with value insurance.
