Frederique Constant Classics Art Deco
Frédérique Constant is known for its refined watches, many of which are already considered classics. Clean lines and classic looks are also the hallmarks of the watches from the Classics collection. From the very beginning, these watches have been considered reliable and durable timepieces. Each watch in this collection must meet the rigorous standards of this series. Art Déco is called a fashion style that originated in the 1920s and 1930s. The name is derived from the title of an exhibition in Paris in 1925. The look of the "Exposition des Arts Decoratifs" was luxurious and bombastic with rounded corners and curves based on geometric shapes. In the production of Art Déco precision watches, the manufacturer Frédérique Constant follows the same principles. The watches are made of the finest materials and convince with the most modern technology. The assembly of these watch models requires exceptional skill.
The Classics Art Déco model series currently consists of ten models that are manufactured in a stylish design using the latest technologies. The Classics Art Déco series stands for elegance, perfect style and high quality at a reasonable price. The models are a tribute by the Geneva watchmakers to the composer Frédéric Chopin, whose 200th birthday was celebrated in 2010. A limited edition was made this year to pay tribute to the artist. The watches of the Classics Art Déco model series mostly have a gold-plated stainless steel case with an oval cross-section. The watches are water resistant to 3 ATM and have a quartz movement. Except for one model, all watches have a silver dial with Roman numerals as a visual highlight. The watches have a diameter of 30 x 25 mm and a height of 6.8 mm. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
