Design of the luxury wristwatch Cartier Tank Francaise

The Cartier Tank Francaise is equipped with two vertical side bars, parallel to each other, to ensure a seamless, horizontal attachment to the wrist. This innovation is the result and culmination of years of design development and research at Cartier. One of the first rectangular wristwatches on the market, the Cartier Tank Francaise luxury model combines the clean and simple shapes of its French Art Deco predecessor with the avant-garde style of the Cartier luxury watch brand.
